After years of mentoring and seeing the need for inspiring and equipping 2nd career leaders to coach and mentor the next generation of leaders, I decided to write this book!

The Fatherhood Qualities of a Mentor.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

Not really. But sometimes I put worship music on to get hyped up and fcoused.

Progress Over Perfection!
