Interview with Ulysses Namon, Author of DeWulf’s Twins

09 Jul 2025

What’s the story behind the story? What inspired you to write DeWulf’s Twins?

Logan and Alex DeWulf were the first characters I ever conceived. I tried putting them in other stories, but that wasn’t enough; I wanted to make their story special.

What’s your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?

Science Fiction. I love it so much that I started writing my own stories.

What books are on your TBR pile right now?

The Trouble with Podoks, the Blind Spot, and Expedition by Alexander Elliot.

What scene in your book was your favorite to write?

Any scene that I have been imagining for a long time, especially an action scene.

Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)

I like to write as many as 3 books at the same time. I have so many ideas, I can’t wait to write them down!

Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?

Take your time, you never know when you’ll have another great idea pop into your head.

If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?

That my book was fun to read.
