What's the story behind the story? What inspired you to write Daydreamer?
I wanted to write a female heroine I could identify with. She's scatty, she daydreams, she's disorganized... not everyone has to have their s**t together all the time!
What's your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?
Contemporary romance and yes it's the same as my genre.
What books are on your TBR pile right now?
Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood.
What scene in your book was your favorite to write?
The scene where the hero, Felix realises what he's done when he messes everything up. I loved writing his regret and the angst that followed.
Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)
I try to always have my small fluffy dog on my feet and a coffee nearby.
Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?
Get busy living or get busy dying.
If you could choose one thing for readers to remember after reading your book, what would it be?
That all people work differently and that daydreaming is often valuable.

What's the story behind the story? What inspired you to write The Naughtier List?
It's the story of a sex worker, building a relationship with someone else within the industry. Quite a mission of trust, understanding and interesting circumstances. It is the follow up to my Christmas hit - The Naughty List - which saw Ella begin her journey (no pre-reading required) as I couldn't let the characters go, and the clients just kept getting naughtier and naughtier. Hence the title.
What's your favorite genre to read? Is it the same as your favorite genre to write?
I love reading in general. When I'm writing, I find it hard to read in the same genre - so tend to read psychology books instead!
What books are on your TBR pile right now?
Too many to list. Like sooooooo many other readers out there, it grows daily!
What scene in your book was your favorite to write?
The daddy play scene... probably. I had so many clients to choose from, it's hard to call!
Do you have any quirky writing habits? (lucky mugs, cats on laps, etc.)
I have playlists galore that I exhaust every time I write a novel, and associate scenes with songs so strongly that I can't ever use them for playlists again.
Do you have a motto, quote, or philosophy you live by?
I say 'it is what it is' on an increasingly frequent basis, and I'm coming to learn, at 42 years old, that it's ok to 'not know' the answer, and figuring out the universe isn't a task sitting on my shoulders.
